This notice explains how orders placed with Zentronix are handled, our delivery terms and your right of withdrawal. Consumer transactions are governed by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
How ordering works
You can build a quote list for the parts you need or send a request directly. Once we receive it, we confirm stock, price and lead time; the order is processed after your approval.
Stock figures are updated from supplier feeds and may change at any time. Only the stock and pricing we confirm in writing is binding.
Order confirmation and cancellation
Orders are processed after stock verification and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order on justified grounds such as a stock or pricing error, supplier shortage, or the part being discontinued.
If an order is cancelled we notify you as soon as possible and refund any amount collected in full, without deduction.
Payment
Payment methods and terms are stated in the order confirmation. Business purchases are settled primarily by bank transfer; credit terms are assessed separately.
Invoices are issued using the details you provide when ordering. For VAT-registered purchases, the accuracy of invoice details is the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery
Parts are dispatched within the lead time stated in the order confirmation. Items held in stock usually ship the same or next business day; for sourced items the lead time is stated in the quote.
Under distance selling rules delivery takes place within 30 days at the latest. If that period is exceeded you are entitled to terminate the contract.
Please check that the package is undamaged on delivery. Having the courier record a damage report makes any subsequent claim easier to resolve.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty. It is enough to send us notice within that period via the Contact page.
To exercise this right the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories and documents. For electronic components the anti-static packaging must be intact, since opening it can compromise the part.
Where withdrawal does not apply
- Parts made, programmed, cut or otherwise prepared specifically to the buyer’s request
- Goods that by their nature cannot be returned, or single-use items whose protective packaging has been opened
- Cut-tape orders prepared by splitting a reel, roll or bulk pack
- Components whose integrity cannot be verified once opened, due to static sensitivity
- Other goods and services excluded from the right of withdrawal by law
Return process and costs
After we receive your withdrawal notice we share the return address and instructions. You must send the item within 10 days of that notice.
For withdrawals, return shipping is at our expense when you use the contracted carrier stated with your order. If you choose a different carrier, the difference may be charged to you.
Once the returned item reaches us and has been inspected, your payment is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. For card refunds, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Defective or incorrect items
If what you received is different from your order, incomplete or defective, contact us regardless of the withdrawal period. In that case shipping costs and the replacement or refund process are on us.
For defective goods you may choose between free repair, replacement with a sound equivalent, a price reduction, or terminating the contract, as provided by law.
For electronic components, damage caused by incorrect assembly, reverse polarity, overvoltage, soldering faults or electrostatic discharge counts as misuse and falls outside warranty and returns.
Dispute resolution
For disputes arising from consumer transactions you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, depending on the applicable monetary thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
Reaching us first through the Contact page usually resolves the matter faster.
